Mark Penfold
Originally hailing from Fareham in Hampshire, Mark landed in Somerset in 2001 whilst serving in the Royal Navy and bar a brief spell living and working in Cardiff has been here ever since. Having travelled extensively, his next big, planned adventure is to walk the French Leg of the Camino de Santiago (The way of Saint James) in the spring of 2025, with retirement to Spain as the eventual goal. He enjoys walking, motorcycling, listening to music (particularly on vinyl), reading and spending time with his granddaughter Florence.
