Directions From Bridport
The journey from Bridport is around 20 miles and 45 minutes.
Head North through Broadwindsor and Drimpton toward Crewkerne (approaching on Clapton Road). Before entering Crewkerne, turn left onto Cathole Bridge Road which will bring you to the A30 Chard Road, avoiding the centre of Crewkerne which can get congested at peak times. Turn left heading uphill with woodland on the right side. Take the right turn signposted to Ilminster, through the trees and into a really cool sunken road! Follow this road as it weaves through farmland, taking care at the sharp bends. You will pass a small church on your right in Kinstone, then on the next bend take the exit (straight forwards really) onto Moolham Lane. This is narrow at times, and can have horseriders, please take care. At the other end of Moolham Lane, turn right at the T junction. You will enter Ilminster at the top of Listers Hill, head all the way down and turn left at the Tesco Petrol Station. You are now on Canal Way. Continue past the Recreation ground and tennis courts, taking the 1st exit at the roundabout into the Medical Centre car park. Beware – Bin day is on Tuesdays mornings usually first thing and can cause traffic congestion. This route also takes you past the school so beware of congestion first thing, and mid-afternoon!
We have free on-site parking and ground floor flat access throughout. (Our front door is a little heavy, so if you need help, please ring the doorbell and we will happily assist).
